Make Peace Not War

War is an act of ignorance, not bravery.

Anyone who believes that defeating another is an act of bravery is simply living in a world of imaginary enemies and self-deception.

I personally consider a brave person to be someone who defeats anger, greed, jealousy, and arrogance. This is a real hero.

When a wise person wages war, it is not against another person out of concern for their own happiness, success, and longevity. Rather, it is waged against their own mental afflictions, with an understanding that these are the causes of suffering and with the intention to avoid inflicting pain on oneself and others.

We have to use all our strength and wisdom to avoid creating more uncertainty and anxiety for others. Let us plant the seed of a harmonious environment and let fall a great rain of loving kindness and compassion. This is a truly meaningful act for all living beings and a memorable footprint to leave in this world.
