Be yourself

Many times, we may face unnecessary pain and worry simply

because we compare ourselves with those who have more success, wealth, or power. In order to be more rational and avoid this kind of unnecessary suffering, we must understand that there will certainly always be some who are better off than us, and at the same time, there will also always be others who are less fortunate than us. So, rather than fixating on those who we may envy, we should look at the situation holistically. In order to lessen our worries, it is important to accept our situation and ourselves as we are rather wishing to achieve unrealistic goals. We cannot say that we are responsible for all our problems, but we do play a very important role in our own well-being with the way we view the world.
