On 19/12/2021 H.E. 12 th Zurmang Gharwang Rinpoche was invited to inaugurate the Opening Ceremony of the Milarepa Statue and a Karmapa Khyeno Plaque, together with Humble Minister Shri Sonam Lama and area MLA in the Pakla Veer, East Sikkim.
